Everyone knows and takes care of each other in production and supporting business units. Good work ethics all-around. Culture and values are very imperative.

Cons

Non-production employees (not including captains, leads, or supervisors) usually have a heavy workload. Rumors and news spread pretty fast.

Fair working place. Keep to yourself and do your best and you'll be fine. Great HR department, and good bonuses and yearly raises.

Cons

The gossip is like fire in this plant. Recommend you keep your personal life away from work life.

There is plenty room for advancement and they like to promote from within. Health insurance benefits are fantastic. 15 paid days of vacation a year to start.

Cons

Base salary is not all that good in any position. They do hold on to poor employees and let great employees walk right out of the door
