      Pros

      They provide great benefits, are family oriented, very flexible, and they provide opportunities/ training for growth.

      Cons

      There is favoritism, and you will notice it. Gossip level also seems to be high. Otherwise, the place is okay. Parking is horrible!

      Pros

      There's a nice cafeteria. Production/Manufacturing department supervisors have significant amount of tenure, and take great ownership and pride in what they do.

      Cons

      Very political. Mid-level management needs to be "refreshed." High turnover. HR and Training departments are adversarial. Training should incorporate more soft skills into the curriculum. The production supervisors and employees are overworked. Team building within the entire organization would be beneficial.
