      Pros

      Recession-proof products. High profit margin. Stable employment if you are in engineering or R&D. Parking is OK. Great location. Food & entertainment is right next door (Asian food mall). Traffic in & out of facility is good. Good Irvine location.

      Cons

      Almost no chance to move up. Middle mgnt is bad. Turnovers among engineers is relatively high for medical companies because German-owned companies pay low & you work to death if you were in engr, R&D. If you are in production, chance of getting laid off is likely.
