Pros

I met great people/coworkers at bbraun. It was like going into a war zone...you grow into brothers for life, fighting the same war. The product does help people so you feel like you're making a difference.

Cons

Work takes over your life. On call 24/7. Management makes you feel guilty for taking earned vacation and even sick time when you are sick. I learned what sexual harassment actually means.

Tuition reimbursement offered was not a lot. Not many young people in the engineering departments.
