      B E Smith offers an employment contract with full Benefits including a 401 Retirement Plan, I was there for 5 years and would still be there if they had not ran out of work for me! In my lengthy career I have no one who was better employer! They are the Best!

      gone from home a lot and living out of hotels and absent from home quite a bit but you are allowed to come home at set intervals,

      Pros

      One of the larger interim leadership companies in the US. Met and spoke with a large number of very skilled interim leaders in the US.

      Cons

      A very clique company. The culture is a very young and growing company. If you fit in great and good place to work. There is little to no advancement opportunities.
