Pros

B. E. Smith takes value in their employees, and gives them all the resources necessary to be successful. They truly make a difference in healthcare, and are improving hospitals and hospital leaders all over the nation. It is an honor to work for such a modern, and sophisticated organization. They go above and beyond for their candidates and clients.

Pros

B. E. Smith is an employer of choice. There are multiple long-term employees who are extremely grateful for the opportunities provided. There is a great generational mix - both those right out of college to those who have been in senior level positions in hospitals across the nation.

Cons

Excellence is expected. It is okay to make mistakes, but you are expected to produce. This company is not for people who are looking to just clock time.

Unsupported lack of Management Support

none that I can think of!

Cons

Poor management support or lack of it tons of meetings that are just irrelevant to your role rather than use that time and resources to train people for their job workers on the support sales team not fully knowing what to say to customers as they are not getting proper training & the customer service is bad and wrong information given to customers
