      The entire company works as a team and it makes every role here important to the company's goals. There's a solid culture that encourages internal development, growth and innovation as well as making strong friendships. I look forward to coming to work everyday!

      The company is growing rapidly, which means growing pains, but that's not a bad thing and has given a lot of opportunity for career growth.

      Pros

      B E Smith offers an employment contract with full Benefits including a 401 Retirement Plan, I was there for 5 years and would still be there if they had not ran out of work for me! In my lengthy career I have no one who was better employer! They are the Best!

      Cons

      gone from home a lot and living out of hotels and absent from home quite a bit but you are allowed to come home at set intervals,
