Pros

Eventually, everyone ends up knowing everyone. For the most part, management has your back, unless you are in the wrong. Decent pay for experience.

Cons

If you work in Omaha or council bluffs.. It doesn't seem like the home office (Lincoln, NE) cares so much about your concerns. Way different in Lincoln though.

Pros

Co-workers are for the most part really great people to work with. You can learn quite a bit about the grocery business if you want too.

Cons

Pay and benefits are very low. Management clearly doesn't care about the employees at all, particularly the corporate directors.
