Pros

Flexible schedule, fun environment, neighborhood grocery store. There would be free hot meats around holidays which was nice.

Cons

Pay was relatively low compared to competitors.

Pros

You can get product from another store if you need it or can send your overstock to a store that can sell stock

Cons

Not in files almost always wait for tomorrow OR Mondays. Programing does not tell if price cut is even lower or if price is higher than last price cut.

Pros

Room for advancement. Can get a feel for different stores as you get moved which is okay because you don’t get stuck in one location and broaden your experience and horizons.

Cons

Don’t get on HR or the execs bad sad or else. We preach to our associates how we’re better than Hy-Vee but our stores aren’t near as nice and we don’t hold a candle to them in sales or labor hours.
