      Pros

      Fellow co-workers. Your team becomes your family. You are all in the Titanic and trying to keep the ship afloat... but sadly in the end we all know what happens to the Titanic.

      Cons

      Hours, No support from upper management, typical good old boy system, pick and chose when and who to enforce company policies on, Company does not like the boat to be rocked so keep your head down just work you hours and do not call anything out and you'll be fine. pay is way below industry standards, systems are out dated, staff are not trained and or then encouraged.
