Pros

Tuition reimbursement and Employee Stock Ownership Plan

Cons

Health benefits are not the greatest, 401k match is low and also takes years to get fully vested. Formal training is nonexistant in certain roles.

Pros

If you are good with money and put in the effort as a cashier, they will promote you quickly. Easy to take days off, unless you wait till last minute. Retirement 401K % matching. Employee ownership shares. Respects my availability.

Cons

The weekly schedule is only put up a few days beforehand. The pay is pretty poor compared to a supervisor role at Walmart. Employee ownership status takes years to build up to full ownership status.
