A small town grocery for the big city

Pros

A solid local company to work for, with very horizontal structure at the store level. A great place to start off, but plan to look for advancement elsewhere.

Cons

Pay is still lower than market average even after company-wide raises. Hours have been cut to help absorb higher labor costs, making the raises something of a wash.
