We strive for a culture of candor with an open-door policy, along with several avenues for feedback to be provided confidentially. PR is a high-stress, demanding field, and we often follow the news cycle, which means early mornings, evening and weekends are sometimes required. Hourly employees are compensated for the time they work, and salaried employees are asked to create the schedule that works best for them while meeting client expectations. Sometimes that means shifting hours or adjusting days off when an employee is working on the weekend or coordinating an early-morning media interview. We regularly evaluate our processes and discuss ways to further improve working at B2. We will keep your comments in mind as we do that.
