Pros

Small team that's focused on shared success. Company invests in learning opportunities and stays current on PR trends. You're encouraged to get involved in the community, either local to you or in the PR industry. Clients are reasonable and value PR.

Cons

At times, the workload is heavy, though it's ok to talk about it with your manager. Small team. Fully virtual & few chances for in-person meetings.

Don’t work here

Pros

You can learn a lot here. You’ll report media coverage, schedule content, and create social media posts. There’s even one on one calls, but you’ll have to front all the leg work in keeping the conversation going for it to be valuable.

Cons

The work environment is disorganized and the team lacks communication leading to assignments falling through the cracks. On top of that training is very lack luster and leadership lacks patience for adapting to the new role. Don’t expect feedback to be helpful, it’s often passive aggressive and unspecific. To make things worst they micromanage you and make it clear they don’t trust your capabilities but I blame that on the culture of perfectionism. This was genuinely the worst jobI’ve ever had, because of the lack of character of the team. All the red flags at B2 made me hyper vigilant on what to avoid in future roles .

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience. We’ve recognized our shortcomings in project management, and we recently changed project management tools to improve our organization, to ensure tasks aren’t missed, and to add our communication through Slack, email and daily team calls.
