Pros

- don’t micromanage - starting competitive pay

Cons

- never really felt appreciated - not a lot of communication from management - no raise after 2+ years b/c of contracted rate despite responsibilities increasing - no communication for exit interview asking how they can improve

Pros

No real pros here. Use this company as a stepping stone to get a better job at a different company.

Cons

This company offers lower than avg pay and benefits and management is awful. When covid started they gave a pay cut and when asked about it they responded by saying I was lucky to even have a job.
