Pros

Great environment to work in for my position. Very flexible work hours.

Cons

Getting paid once a month wasn't told to me until I started the position (I learned to ask from then on). REQUIRED to have an TS/SCI clearance when one wasn't necessary. Pay wasn't what TS/SCI deserved.
