      Highly collaborative, transparent and friendly environment. Strong concern about people development and satisfaction. Innovative ownership model allows employees to own part of the company.

      No real cons, but do expect hard work (in line with best companies in the industry)

      The first interview offered a water glass.

      Cons

      Envious very competitive persons, to work to do overtime without remunerating. There is no good labor climate in internal departments (HR). The new offers of improvement are badly conference on the part of the chiefs. They propose benefits that then they do not receive.
