      Transparency in all activities carried out; Proximity between all elements of the Group; Relaxed atmosphere, but without ever losing focus; Dedication of each employee rewarded; Annual review of employee conditions, with salary review and career progression.

      Pros

      Relaxed but responsible atmosphere. Close proximity between the management and operational teams. Annual review of the conditions of the collaborators, with salary review and career progession. A real concern with the company's employees and the retention of talent, being without doubt this the focus of attention of the whole company.

      I'd say better than most companies.

      The first interview offered a water glass.

      Cons

      Envious very competitive persons, to work to do overtime without remunerating. There is no good labor climate in internal departments (HR). The new offers of improvement are badly conference on the part of the chiefs. They propose benefits that then they do not receive.
