Pros
Has all the benefits one would expect of a large company and good colleagues who know their stuff.
Cons
The HR side of things could do with an overhaul - onboarding in particular is stressful and lacking in thoughtful organisation. New hires can struggle to find their feet - access to up-to-date information is difficult. There is a plethora of information available, but it's not well-organised. Old policies need to be cleared out, to make way for the latest data.
