Pros

Fantastic people, working environment and so many different & diverse products to work on ranging from a Helmet mounted display to the power train for a double decker bus plus loads more really really clever stuff in between. You can change your career multiple times and never have to leave to do it.

Cons

It will never make you a millionaire. . You may find more money elsewhere but you will be hard to find the same environment or better things to do with your working life. People typically stay here a long time for those reasons.
