      Pros

      Incredible work and experience. Flexible working hours, great benefits and caring local management. Local teams are great, full of experience engineers who want to do the job right.

      Cons

      Changes to the business (Naval Ships) made day-to-day work nearly impossible, depressing when the business was highly functional (INSYTE) when I joined. Depressingly slow to respond to change, no foresight and investment in future products. Senior Management are hopeless.
