Very limited number of interesting projects. 7. Lack of career and personal development opportunities. 8. Extremely difficult to get a promotion despite meeting the requirements for next role up. 9. Company refuses to embrace new norms of working and insists the old ways of working. Limited hybrid working opportunities. 10. Technologies/software used are very out dated, cannot keep up with the trend. Takes decades to adopt new technologies.
