      Pros

      Supportive environment with great on boarding process . Enjoyed the first year and have found it an interesting and challenging place to work. They are really growing so it is an exciting place to work.

      Cons

      Make sure you get allocate a buddy and a career manager as it makes the early days of orientation easier.

      - Compared to Accenture, Cap and PA, you are treated like humans and not resources - You are trusted and respected - A Board that genuinely cares and listens - this is a first! - Rapid growth means exciting opportunities - work life balance is far better here than at our competitors - lots of praise, thank you awards, public recognition - very supported - good career development practices - great process for identifying role rotation - won a Bronze Chairman's Award which ain't easy! - happy to spend money on team socials, business unit parties, lunches - in fact this is actively encouraged

      Cons

      - growing so fast means it is hard to find places for people to sit which can be frustrating - some of the HR processes are archaic, frustrating and very slow - slightly lower bonuses BUT people are far happier with their work life balance and far happier overall
