Very hard to see how this business can ever thrive under the BAE Systems culture which is an entirely wrong fit.
More of a focus on numbers than people.
In the difficult middle - too old and too big to be a cool tech start up, too small to make a real dent against the services and tech giants.
General muddle - inability to sort anything properly out, like internal IT.
Slow or no career development - the culture has in-built mechanisms such as rigid structures and annual reviews to keep people where they are and there is a lack of provision of L&D generally.
