Served my apprenticeship here and 15 years later it is still the best company I've worked for. Pay was good for being an apprentice and this was enhanced with a yearly bonus. The company spent a lot of money maintaining the environment, therefore making it was a nice place to work. The apprenticeship scheme was well designed to allow us to spend time in different departments before making a choice in focusing what we enjoyed the most.
