      Some great people and projects but for how much longer?

      Pros

      -Great for networking and getting out in the industry -Worked with some great people on really interesting projects -Great exposure and stepping stone to other work

      Cons

      -Struggling to keep good people -Trying to become more of a typical big consultancy with a bigger focus on getting people on any role rather than the right one. Too often people are left in roles they don't want and end up quitting -Salaries are not competitive -Company growth strategy appears to not be working and this has meant low bonuses, pay rises and a general low moral

      Pros

      Great work life balance and big focus internally to ensure you are not over worked. Lovely london office ideal location Very well respected amongst clients Huge presence in public sector People are great make time for you when needed Lots of socials internally and externally

      Cons

      Very much a not about what you know more about who you know and it’s openly said by managers. Opps is a complete joke, actually have no idea what they do. Forget asking about new roles it’s all about who you know. Pipeline is very limited in pure consultancy type projects, you are commonly supporting PM’s on delivery led projects. Salary is quite poor, hence the high turnover of consultants you would think this would give HR an indication maybe we should review what our competitors pay who are snapping up all the good talent. Overall consultancy is quite immature lacks structure, and sense of direction people don’t even know what’s the difference between BA offering and a BC offering
