Pros
Brilliant technical colleagues in functions department made it a good place work (All have since left) I have since left but will continue to be friends with many people I worked with which is invaluable. Flexibility in work Autonomy to complete your day to day work without micromanagement
Cons
Company has no care or consideration for the functions, very little recognition from senior management even when you are working extended hours to deliver projects. Bonuses terribly bad (I think I got £200 one year) and review process is horribly impersonal. Meetings behind closed doors with no tailored feedback, just a random score. Corporate, rigid environment No company culture
