      Pros

      Person centred, supportive, eager to grow and nurture, hard to leave, employee focussed, safety driven & all round amazing company to be part of.

      Cons

      There are too many strong willed individuals going the extra mile, not being recognised, whilst there are too many middle management, taking the victories, the shop floor individuals which have focus and motivation need to be harnesses, whilst those institutionalised and providing the bare minimum need to be highlighted.

      Pros

      Can provide great development potential and support with knowledge and social groups particularly with specialist professions. Ability to be involved in community initiatives ie partner universities. Work undertaken is very detailed and requires a lot expertise and decision making.

      Cons

      Relationship between northern and southern sites is bizarre. Clearly since the merger 20 years or so ago integration hasn’t happened between the people in Northern and southern sites. Intranet is bizarre, bulky and forever changing and like a puzzle. Scope of responsibilities is narrow if an engineer it seems.
