Pros
- The flexible hours are a real help, especially when my boys were kids. - Leadership, management opportunities were presented to me in the early days of BAE which helped me to progress to the top employee grade. - Senior managers are great mentors to junior grade employees. I have been given the opportunity to mentor some graduates who are now in management jobs.
Cons
- Not many. However, just with all cuts that the government take on can have an effect on the morale and atmosphere. - Compensation could be slightly better. Other rival engineering firms offer better packages to junior employees.
