      Excellent team of people, with an exciting mix of technical challenges and project across military and commercial sector. Graduate program great start to career.

      Cons

      Process and paperwork heavy environment with high focus on budgets and business winning. Federated nature means that sub-businesses can be merged and staff reduced often.

      Pros

      Really challenging and interesting environment in which to work! Many of the challenges come from adapting 'real world' techniques, technologies and practices into 'defence-friendly' deployments. Very close community.

      Cons

      The duration of some of the projects is so long that a sense of 'ownership' is sometimes lost. Often very hard to find new roles for advancement, business promotes 'lateral' movement within a singular business unit, but intra-business unit movement is rare.
