      New leadership with clear direction and strategy, some great colleagues, good capabilities and well respected in the industry

      Pros

      Very interesting technology. UK company with genuine global reach and therefore opportunities to travel and work with other cultures. A respected company and the name on your CV is attractive. The Applied Intelligence business is a very interesting part of the company.

      Cons

      Very mixed quality of talent. Some excellent people but also a veritable forest of dead wood. Progression can be hard without patronage; it isn't necessarily a meritocracy. UK business has a shaky future.
