Pros
This is a company that is really going places. There are lots of very clever and motivated people. The company does really worthy work that it's easy to feel proud of. Bae is putting lots of money into the company and it has the dynamic feel of a high growth company. The facilities are world class and nice touches such as free fruit and kit Kats tell you that the company wants their staff to be well looked after. It is a company where you feel that you can make a difference and customers love what we do. Not many IT companies can claim that
Cons
The flip side of growth is that their is a lot of ambiguity around structures. Some of the longer term people don't like the fact that they don't work for Detica anymore and don't really like the changes. The reality is that to meet the aspirations the company has to grow and has to evolve.
