      Some of the colleagues were okay

      The company as a whole is fine, but they are extremely wasteful, particularly with the existence of the Shared Services department. They pay people to fill meaningless roles and seem more focused on rigid processes and policies rather than empowering staff to simply get the job done. If you encounter challenges or issues, Then don’t expect meaningful support management is more concerned with bureaucracy than problem-solving. Employees are treated as just another number rather than valued individuals.
