      You get to work with some really clever & friendly staff as peers.

      Cons

      Management is a boy’s club with big egos. Disjointed approach between functions (siloed). Culture within the business is poor at best. You get treated like a number on a spreadsheet not a human being. HR sit firmly on the management side of the business & can leave you high & dry when you need them the most. Probably the worst place I’ve ever worked.
