      Descent benefits Some great people Descent work life balance if you are a favourite employee and yes person

      Cons

      Lack of integrity among GM and some male people managers. Poor leadership from acting GM Gerry C. Toxic office environment in Canberra compared to Melbourne and Sydney. BD too complacent and lack respect for other people's time. Unable to speak up without retaliation. IT systems are clunky still using Skype and office 2016. Previous GM was more approachable than Gerry C acting GM.
