      Pros

      Small pockets of bright folks remain in parts of the business

      Cons

      Soul destroying place to work - nothing gets done as it's just too hard to fight the BAE machine. Poor career prospects, as there's no growth anymore. Most talent has now left the business.

      Pros

      People in staff position are nice. Used to have a good work environment but not really the case anymore. Good resume builder for Grad school.

      Cons

      Terrible communication, company in the flusher since merger. This has not been a smooth transition. Salaries are low (but to be fair may be getting better although I expect bonuses will tank offsetting that)
