      Pros

      Great contractor position. You garner plenty of good personal relationships with incredibly knowledgable individuals. This position could open a lot of doors in the government or contracting world

      Cons

      Supervisors. Personally, mine was overweight, unattractive, middle aged, unmarried, and bitter, and decided to take out her frustration on my coworker and myself. A thoroughly unpleasant individual, and the only reason I quit. Others were very demanding and never satisfied. Issues with your work are brought directly to your leadership, leading to a toxic and unpleasant work environment.

      Pros

      A great industry to be in. Plentiful cutting edge technology. A lot of high end clients. Global recognition. A good overall vision but lack of implementation.

      Cons

      Leadership or lack there of. From the top down the company makes it sound like things are heading in all the right directions. From the bottom up we see otherwise. We, the workers, have plenty of questions and concerns that simply get shrugged away and told “we don’t have an answer for that at the moment” and we never hear back from there.

      Pros

      HQ is a good company. As a defense company this is a strong established business. HQ has great leadership and people whom extend themselves. But once it branches out to the US, it is much different.

      Cons

      Lack luster leadership, lack of clear direction since it changes quarterly and no appreciation of employees and the long hours they work either.
