Good thing are flexible hour, work life balance, good benefit and talented people

Cons

- A lot of talented people leaving the company. - Office politics - Staff have less channel to raise their voice. - Management are applying favouritism in handling staff. - They are hiring so many people and at the same time they are letting go the talented staff. Less appreciation to the current staff. - Less fun because of the cutting budget from the social club. - Less training provided by the management. - Old fashion office environment.

Really have to manage upwards. Its full of trained engineers who spin propellers by themselves (can't communicate) and don't realise that the biggest risk to a project is poor colleague communications
