Pros
Possible to work from home, team members are nice, central office location in London, hours are not bad. There is free tea, coffee, fruit and kitkats.
Cons
I have held many jobs, but this is the one company that I would urge all those considering to stay away. It is incredibly difficult to build a career here, as the company often change roles at will and with no notice. Many people find that the roles they applied for don’t materialise, are not truthful, or just don’t last for longer than a few weeks before the company decide to impose a new career. Graduates and trainees seem to have an especially bad deal here. As one former colleague put it in a company forum: ‘it feels like we are on a sinking ship.’
