      Pros

      In the Kansas City area, BAE provides benefits that are well beyond any other government contracting firm hands down. Also, management makes you feel "at home" and treats you like a person rather than a number - they understand that life happens, and will work with you if and when you have issues with anything in your life.

      Cons

      The main headquarters for the company is located in Virginia, so there's no direct management contact - sometimes it's nice to be able to have a sit down chat with your boss, rather than have to talk on the phone.

      As a technical intern you get paid great and you work on very beneficial projects for your personal growth, overall proud to work there and be a part of a team.

      Cons

      Not much visibility with management, too focused just on the Manassas and Space site there. could easily be sold off at any time.
