      Pros

      Secure job. It takes a lot to get fired. The compensation package is competitive. There are a lot of opportunities to move around within the company.

      Cons

      Countless levels of middle management. Poor performance is not handled well. Finding information on the company website is a disaster.

      Pros

      BAE has one of the best benefit packages around. They offer great medical, retirement and insurance. Although they have started reducing some of their benefits they still are competitve.

      Cons

      The ability to communicate with management is very difficult becuase most of the times you are not working in the corporate office.
