Pros
Very professional environment Quite rewarding when you prove your skills Management very open towards adopting new ideas, ways and technologies Great (and highly intelligent) people to work around Great benefits No-stress working environment
Cons
Very dependent on Defense, no business in any other industry (Land & Armament division) Bureaucracy (although not as bad as some other very large companies of similar size) Old-school folks somewhat resistant to changes (although understandable in some situations) (No major cons compared to many other companies I have worked for)
