      The work itself was inspirational The people were great to work with The company culture was great under UDLP Benefits were very good Pay was exceptional

      Cons

      The culture changed for the worse after UDLP was acquired by BAE BAE only looks at employees as numbers and when they no longer have a need for you they discard you No employee loyalty No integrity Failure to communicate Poor Management

      Pros

      Great co-workers, mission-oriented, better than average benefits, a few great leaders, interesting work if you are into defense, depending on where you sit and who you are; career development can be great

      Cons

      highly political, it's all about who you know, company strategy is a mess, currently very unstable environment, little follow-through on employee issues, (attitude surveys, etc) , most employees receive little development

      Great environment with excellent corporate culture and room for advancements. Excellent perks as well including BBQs and live tank viewings.

      Cons

      Long hours as well as poor communications at times between higher level managers ad other members of the middle management team.
