      Infinite opportunity for growth and learning. Management is supportive of ideas, innovation, and initiative. Immense pride in ownership around products developed and manufactured for the armed forces and defense industry.

      Cons

      Typical to all major corporations, culture is resistant to change and change can be incredibly slow. Communications from management aren't always accurate, complete, or timely.

      Great benefits, people are very friendly, great work/life balance, management is very understanding of time off, good amount of vacation

      Management doesn't always seem to be very involved, working with the government can feel very tedious, and raises are low
