      Pros

      The nature of my position allows for alot of flexibility to be able to spend time with my family. Good pay

      Cons

      If I want to make more money I am going to have to move into management, but I am not so sure I want to do that until my kids head off for college

      Pros

      Jobs are cyclical. One year is nothing like the next. Pay is good, just get what you want early as its a slow crawl from there. Benefits and leave are awesome. Company picnics and KD days help networking internally.

      Cons

      Sometimes feels like an island. Have to work to keep up with whats going on at headquarters. Moving around isn't that easy.

      Pros

      Good middle management, good work/life balance, competitive pay. Benefits are decent (they used to be better - they have been cut back recently).

      Cons

      Career growth exists but is hidden and limited, it's there but you have to dig for it and/or know someone.
