Fairly large company with some nice benefites

Cons

Salaries can differentiate heavily. Some people skate by by being "favorites". Promotion can be difficult. Getting feedback for your work is hard if your manager is not directly involved in your project. Poor morale.

Very large and diverse company, offers potential to interact with many other areas of business depending on your field. Good benefits, salary, etc.

Cons

Company reorganizes so often that it can be difficult to fully understand the company structure. Major changes seem to be happening constantly.

Pros

Very good people work here, a diverse workforce. There is currently a good worker age mix from the 20;s to the 60's and they work well together. The work has been suited to me and satisfying.

Cons

Unfortunately, they are currently downsizing significantly, with the higher paid workers being let go. The number of projects to work on has dropped and so has the number of people here. Too many good people are leaving or have left already. It was nice while it lasted.
