      Pros

      Great location, friendly staff, plenty of training opportunities. The Lead-in-Fighter facility is modern and well equipped. They are always looking for opportunities to expand the business which provides many employment opportunities.

      Cons

      Due to them being a defence contractor, wages can be at the lower end of the scale for certain roles. They will load you up with work and not reward your efforts.

      Pros

      Made a contribution to America's war fighters and saw it first hand. Company trained managers and was ran professionally.You can go as high as your skills and abilities allow you to very large company.

      Cons

      High overhead killed some of the contract bids and follow on contracts were given to less qualified government contractors who failed miserably.
