-Great colleagues -Okay benefits -Opportunity to move up and around, if you are aggressive with your career -Opportunity to learn how a larger organization work, valuable work experience
Cons
-okay benefits -some internal politics (as there is everywhere) but with a sense of sort of lack of common sense around certain promotions and furthering some that are not qualified for the next level but making others work hard for it Bottom line, it depends entirely on who you work for as to how much you will enjoy your time working here.
