Pros
I've been pleased with the opportunities for professional development and promotion possibilities. I've had an excellent manager, which helps a lot, but am also impressed with the company's seemingly sincere desire to retain quality employees and create a positive work atmosphere.
Cons
I'm posted overseas so we at times feel a little disconnected from what's going on with the company back home, and we don't have as many training opportunities because of our distance from the main offices.
