      Pros

      Company with a very strong pedigree and some very impressive products within the military domain. Getting to work on some very interesting areas and think about potential scenarios with the latest military hardware available.

      Cons

      A company that doesn't reward it's employees well enough in terms of remuneration and promotion prospects. There is the view that you need to have grey hair and decades of experience to be credible so the principles of a meritocracy are not executed well in practice.
